Aggie has over 10 years experience in gender and participatory development processes. Currently Aggie one of the directors of Talent Africa. Prior to this she worked at the YWCA in England and Wales, Oxfam as a Gender Adviser in the Humanitarian Department, and before that she was Executive Director for the National Women’s Lobby Group in Zambia, which was dedicated to increasing the number of women in decision making at all levels. Aggie also worked for YWCA in Zambia, where she was the first co-ordinator at the Drop In Centre that was established for abused women.
